Upgrading your Fairgrounds project is another way of increasing Town Loyalty, as is choosing the Festival and Games daily default. Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord's Town Security is then tied into Town Loyalty and has a drift of its own that you'll need to manage. Naturally, the main factor here is the garrison you leave behind in each town.

Before he will accept our pledge of support, we need 200+ Character Renown. The fastest way to get Renown is in battle. Track down the current Cossack Marshall & follow the warband around to where all the action is. The more the odds of battle are stacked against you, the greater the Renown bonuses will be.
My best lord is an upstanding guy I have 100 relationship with so I put him in charge of a city since he'll never defect, but he has only 400 some renown. As far as I can tell the number of fiefs a lord has is the biggest factor of their army size, but I can't help but wonder if higher reknown lords get bigger armies and that I should put aOtherwise, I don't know of a way to get "easy" renown. M&B isn't something that is "easy" or "quick" imo. #2. Gorebane44 Nov 17, 2014 @ 9:20pm. The easy/quick way is to take about 30 or 40 guys who are maxed tiered and go fight armies with 80+ in them. You will get much more renown for being outnumbered greatly.

If you have 104 renown, you get -5 to every renown award you earn. If you have 30 top tier men (how did you get them by the way?) you need to fight very strong enemies to earn any renown, because in Pendor top tier means levels 40-50, and the game does not think much of beating 100 peasants with 30 demigods.
